File Preparation Checklist
Follow these steps to ensure your files print accurately without delays or formatting errors:
- Export to Print-Ready PDF: Always supply flattened PDF files rather than native CAD, 3D modeling, or vector files.
- Rasterize Complex Vector Patterns: Dense line hatches and gradient fills can slow down printing software. Flatten or rasterize heavy layers before exporting.
- Verify Output Dimensions & Roll Limits: Our maximum roll width is 42 inches, so your document can be printed 42" by whatever length you need (e.g., 36" x 48", 42" x 60", 42" x 96", or custom continuous lengths).
