These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. This Site is owned and operated by Khalsa Stationers Inc., doing business as Ivy League Stationers (hereinafter referred to as "Ivy League Stationers", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Khalsa Stationers Inc. d/b/a Ivy League Stationers reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.
You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.
All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occurring online at www.ivyprintnyc.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of New York. Khalsa Stationers Inc. d/b/a Ivy League Stationers is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.ivyprintnyc.com to create documents are the property of Ivy League Stationers and its affiliated companies. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms. The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by State of New York law.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ivy League Stationers. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order. Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify or cancel an order in the event of system errors, pricing glitches, or any other mistakes, as well as if the customer explicitly requests a change to their order.
For orders selected for in-store pick-up, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect the order upon receipt. Any issues, defects, or discrepancies must be brought to the attention of Ivy League Stationers staff immediately and before leaving the premises. Upon pick-up, the customer is required to print and sign their name on an itemized invoice receipt, noting the date and time of pick-up. This signature serves as binding, absolute confirmation that the order has been inspected, is up to the customer's standard, and is accepted in its current condition. Furthermore, the signature confirms that the customer authorized the PayPal or credit card payment method used for the transaction.
If someone other than the individual listed on the billing information is picking up the order, the customer must explicitly state who is picking up the order in advance via email or through our website. We reserve the right to request a valid, government-issued photo ID from the designated pick-up person to verify their identity. The designated pick-up person's signature on the receipt is fully binding on behalf of the customer. For security purposes on all pick-ups, we reserve the right to request a matching government-issued photo ID. Orders not picked up within thirty (30) days of completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or discarded without refund.
By completing a purchase with Ivy League Stationers, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or dispute through PayPal or your credit card provider for any order that has been signed for and collected in-store, or for custom orders that have already begun processing. Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final upon processing. In the event a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is filed, Ivy League Stationers reserves the right to submit this agreement, along with the signed, time-stamped pick-up receipt and matching ID information, to PayPal and the issuing bank to recover the funds. The customer agrees to be held liable for any additional fees or legal costs incurred by Khalsa Stationers Inc. d/b/a Ivy League Stationers as a result of defending against a fraudulent dispute.
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.
Ivy League Stationers neither makes any explicit warranty nor implies or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying. Ivy League Stationers may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price.
Shipping terms are F.O.B. Origin. Ivy League Stationers will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. Ivy League Stationers will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.
Khalsa Stationers Inc. d/b/a Ivy League Stationers will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from any party's performance or nonperformance of our obligations. Ivy League Stationers shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Khalsa Stationers Inc. d/b/a Ivy League Stationers responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Ivy League Stationers and its affiliated companies on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.
Ivy League Stationers reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order. If a customer has placed an order by accident or no longer needs it, they must contact us immediately to see if the order has been printed or processed yet. If production has not yet started, we will offer a one-time cancellation and refund for the job. However, if the order has already been started or printed, the decision to cancel or refund any portion of the order is strictly at our discretion. Generally, Ivy League Stationers and its affiliated companies will not refund any money for orders that were shipped or were cancelled after the order was processed.
